Overview
Dynamics Mobile is a SaaS solution and is built around a cloud bases service. The software components within Dynamics Mobile require outbound connections to various internet resources part of Dynamics Mobile SaaS.
The following information lists the internet domains, which must be whitelisted for outbound requests from the corporate network to allow Dynamics Mobile solution to work properly. The domains are given by component and user type.
Mobile Device Domains whitelisting required from Dynamics Mobile native app for Android, iOS, Windows. Used by mobile users (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
Mobile Agent and ERP Domains whitelisting required from the Mobile Agent and the Dynamics Mobile Add-on for ERP. Used by the Dynamics Mobile Add-on for ERP and mobile agent.
Web browser Domains whitelisting required to access Dynamics Mobile portal.
Mobile Devices (mobile users)
The following internet domains have to be whitelisted in the corporate network for outbound request from the mobile devices using the Dynamics Mobile native app.

Strict domain whitelisting
The strict domain whitelisting must be avoided and be used only when the strict domain whitelisting policy is not sufficient.
Always use the recommended domain whitelisting. Strict domain whitelisting is not recommended as it is likely to change between version releases and requires additional effort to be maintained by the system administrators by monitoring this page periodically. The domain whitelisting may be also change due to customization and private releases. Strict domain whitelisting must be used as a final resort.
