The following document describes the data collected by the Dynamics Mobile app and the approach on requesting data deletion.

Data Collection

Depending on the type of the user the following user related data is collected:

Organization Employees/Agents

This applies to users who are using the Dynamics mobile application while they are employees or external contractors of the organization and acts on behalf of the organization as organization's agents, representing the organization in front of the organization's customers.

In this use case the application collects data which is used for:

  • User authentication ( username, email )

  • User communication ( e-mail )

  • Agent business performance analysis ( location )

  • Business artefacts ( only submitted photos, videos and other files )

  • Technical information used for support purposes ( crash logs and other logs )

Organization's Customers

in this use case the dynamics mobile app is used by the organization's customers to participate in different business interactions like online ordering and others.

In this use case the application collects data which is used for:

  • User authentication ( username, email )

  • User communication ( e-mail, phone number )

  • Business related information ( ordered products and services, purchase history, payment info )

  • Business artefacts ( only submitted photos, videos and other files )

  • Technical information used for support purposes ( crash logs and other logs )

Data Deletion Requests

Dynamics Mobile app collects the upper mentioned user related data on behalf of the business organization who is managing the tenant (server) .

User data deletion requests shall be forwarded to the organization who is actually collecting the data.
