Install Dynamics Mobile on Windows 10 devices from on-prem agent

Deployment steps on Windows 10

1. Install Dynamics Mobile App from Microsoft Store

2. Open the application settings

3. Uncheck the Demo Mode and click "Close" from the dialog message

4. Enter the Dynamics Mobile Server URL

5. Read the Licence Agreement and Accept

6. Enter Username, Password and click over Deploy User
