Create new mobile user

This section is not relevant, if you are using Dynamics Mobile Agent in disconnected mode. New users in disconnected mode are created directly from Dynamics Mobile Agent Web Console.
If the organization needs to roll out a new mobile user , the following steps have to be followed:

Create the new mobile user in Administration/Users

    Click on APPS from the left side panel and select ADM from the icons
  2. 2.
    Click the Users button at the left-side menu
  3. 3.
    Click the [+] button top right corner to create a new user
  1. 1.
    Enter the name of the user in the Username field
  2. 2.
    Select Mobile from the dropdown menu
  3. 3.
    Select Role for this user (depends what are the created roles for your business, consult with our team on this point if you are not certain)
  4. 4.
    Enter the e-mail address of the user in the E-mail field
  5. 5.
    Enter First & Last Name (optional)
  6. 6.
    Click on Create button
*You can add one or multiple users (up to 5 at a time).You can add more users by tapping over the [+] button on the right.
Information will be sent to provided e-mail with instructions and details on how to deploy created mobile user on a mobile device.

Send temporary Mobile Sign Up Code to the mobile users

The mobile users will be prompted for Mobile Sign Up Code, when trying to install the mobile app on the mobile devices. This is due to security reasons. Important:
The temporary Mobile Sign Up Code can be used only once and only with the mobile user for whom the Mobile Sign Up Code was generated.
In order for new mobile user to be operational it needs additional steps for setup !

Install the app on the user's mobile device
