If the organization needs to roll out a new backend user , the following steps have to be followed:
Navigate to Administration/Users via the left-side menu
Click the New button at the top of the screen
Enter the e-mail address of the user in the Username field
Select BACKEND for the User Type field
Select the role for the new user from the for the Role field
Click the Save button at the top of the screen
The system will send an invitation email to the user. The user needs to use the link in the email to navigate to the website, verify its e-mail address and choose a new password.
Once the user enters new password and confirms it, he has to click Create Password.
The user will be navigated to the Login screen, where the user needs to :
Get the Application Area from the received email and enter it in the login screen Application Area field
Enter his/her email address
Enter his/her new password
Click the Login button
