Enroll new backend user
Creating and onboarding backend user
If the organization needs to roll out a new backend user , the following steps have to be followed:

Create the new backend user in Administration/Users

  1. 1.
    Click on APPS from the left side panel and select ADM from the icons
  2. 2.
    Click the Users button at the left-side menu
  3. 3.
    Click the [+] button top right corner to create a new user
This section is not relevant, if you are using Dynamics Mobile Agent in disconnected mode. New users in disconnected mode are created directly from Dynamics Mobile Agent Web Console.
  1. 1.
    Enter name of the user in the Username field
  2. 2.
    Select Backend from the dropdown menu
  3. 3.
    Select Role for this user (you should select Supervisor)
  4. 4.
    Enter the e-mail address of the user in the E-mail field
  5. 5.
    Enter First & Last Name (*optional)
  6. 6.
    Click on Create button
*You can add one or multiple users (up to 5 at a time).You can add more users by tapping over the [+] button on the right
The system will send an invitation email to the user. The user needs to use the link in the email to navigate to the website, verify its e-mail address and choose a new password.
Once the user enters new password and confirms it, he has to click Create Password.
The user will be navigated to the Login screen, where the user needs to :

    Get the Application Area from the received email and enter it in the login screen Application Area field
  2. 2.
    Enter his/her email address
  3. 3.
    Enter his/her new password
  4. 4.
    Click the Login button
